Clinical data includes: Mutation Count, Diagnosis Age, HPV Status, Invasion Depth (mm), Meat Target Coverage Normal, Mean Target Coverage Tumor, Sample Collection Source and Tumor Size. - This cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics dataset is publicly available. The data is available for download in its entirety as a tarball or as individual TSV (tab separated value).
