RNA-sequencing of Rreb1+/+ and Rreb1-/- embryonic day 7.5 mouse embryos

Default Boolean Operator: Terms in a search string will be connected by the AND operator, EXAMPLE: searching genomic melanoma will produce the same results as genomic AND melanoma .

Overall design from the GEO: "RNA-sequencing of Rreb1+/+ and Rreb1-/- embryonic day 7.5 mouse embryos. Mouse embryos were collected at embryonic day 7.5 from intercrosses between Rreb1+/- mice. Samples of the parietal endoderm were taken during dissection for genotyping. Embryos were immediately frozen in Trizol and RNA was extracted for sequencing once genotype was determined. Five embryos were selected from each genotype (Rreb1+/+ and Rreb1-/-) RNA-sequenced performed. se embryos were collected from Rreb1+/- intercrosses"
