Peptidomimetic blockade of MYB in acute myeloid leukemia

Description
Summary from the GEO: "This SuperSeries is composed of the SubSeries: GSE94240, GSE94241, GSE107078"

A potential pharmacological therapeutic strategy for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) was analyzed with the deposited experiments. Using structure-guided molecular design, a prototypical peptidomimetic inhibitor, MYBMIM, was developed and shown to interfere with the molecular assembly of AML cells. MYBMIM may be an effective therapeutic blockade against MYB-driven gene trans-activation with CREB-binding proteins.

The superseries provides access and download of unprocessed data coordinated by sequencing category in the subseries.
