DNA methylation state is associated with the formation of loops and links in hematopoietic stem cells
UID: 10754
- Description
- This SuperSeries is composed of the following SubSeries:
GSE107024 Intervals of unmethylated DNA spatially co-segregate in cis and in trans [WGBS]
GSE107147 DNA methylation state is associated with the formation of loops and links in hematopoietic stem cells [ChIP-seq]
GSE107148 DNA methylation state is associated with the formation of loops and links in hematopoietic stem cells [HiC]
GSE107149 DNA methylation state is associated with the formation of loops and links in hematopoietic stem cells [RNA-seq]
Each of the SubSeries depicts data on DNA methylation in various formats.
In GSE107147 and GSE107148, the following description is used for both datasets: "We present the high resolution HiC study of genome folding in primary cells, specifically hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. We investigated the relationship of chromosomal contacts with other epigenetic marks, particularly DNA methylation and histone modifications which is known to be important for appropriate stem cell differentiation." GSE107149 is described in a similar format, which is also focusing on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and DNA methylation.
In GSE107024, the data is centered on high order chromatin structure, DNA methylation, and it's implication in multiple development processes and diseases.
