Deconvoluting global cytokine signaling networks in natural killer cells
UID: 10809
- Description
- This super series contains has three subseries with containing datasets of RNA, ATAC and ChIP sequencing. The overall experiment was designed to deconstruct and and rebuild the interaction of major STAT (signal transducer and activator of transcription) signaling pathways in NK cells. The experiment develops some understanding of cytokine signaling pathways as a resource for improving cellular immunotherapy.
