Characterizing an HSF1-dependent transcriptional program in metastatic lung adenocarcinoma
UID: 10813
- Description
- Summary from the GEO: "The purpose of this study was to identify gene targets differentially regulated by shRNA-mediated knockdown of the HSF1 transcription factor in the brain-metastatic lung adenocarcinoma cell line PC9-BrM3."
Overall design from the GEO: "Samples were analyzed for differential gene expression in PC9-BrM3 cells transduced with shRNAs against NTC (non-target control) versus HSF1. Additionally, differential expression analysis was performed on another set of samples comparing PC9 parental versus PC9-BrM3 cells to identify genes differentially expressed relevant to brain metastasis."
