"Orthoganally complementing our RNA-seq (GSE241031) efforts to define transcriptional changes over time in LS8817(TetOnFMDM2) cells as they progressed from quiesence to senescence, we chose to look at gene expression in unperturbed parental and 10 day palbociclib treated LS8817 parental cells"

"Asynchronously growing LS8817 cells were treated with 1 uM palbociclib and cultured for 10 days with media changes every three days. Treated cells and untreated asynchronouysly growing cells were collected at that time and subjected to single cell RNA seq."
