Description: This dataset contains summary data visualizations, clinical data, and copy number segments for targeted sequencing of 1659 bladder cancer tumor/normal samples from 1244 patients. Information on actionable genomic alteration, such as mutations on chromatin-modifying genes, is included along with patient demographics, survival analysis, and metastasis. The data summaries are viewable via the Integrative Genomics Viewer; data can be downloaded as .tsv files.
