RNA profiling of human lymphatic endothelial cells exposed to melanoma exosomes
UID: 11344
- Description
- Summary from GEO:
"In order to study the influence of melanoma-derived exosomes in the lymphatic vasculature within the lymph nodes, we have profile the transcriptional changes occurring in human lymphatic endothelial cells treated with melanoma-secreted exosomes or with the conditioned medium from melanoma cells depleted of exosomes."
Overall design from GEO:
"Human lymphatic endothelial cells (HMVECs) were treated for 24h and 48h with exosomes from SK-MEL-147 melanoma cell line and conditioned medium from the same line depleted of exosomes. RNA was extracted with trizol and subsequent Qiagen columns. RNA sequencing was performed afterwards."
