"This dataset consists of single-cell RNA-seq (10X) data from 4 embryonic stages (E12.5-15.5) of pancreatic epithelial cells from Neurogenin3 (Ngn3)-Venus fusion (NVF) homozygous mice. Endocrine progenitor cells (NVF+) were enriched by FACS cell sorting."

"4 single cell RNA seq experiments were performed using 10X Genomics technology to generate single cell transcriptomic profiles of embryonic pancreatic epithelial cells from a Neurogenin3 (Ngn3)-Venus fusion (NVF) reporter mouse line. Cells were sorted and NVF+ and NVF- cells mixed (50:50) to enrich for endocrine Ngn3+ progenitors. Cells were sampled from pancreata of E12.5,E13.5,E14.5 and E15.5 embryos."
