UID: 10561

Publisher(s): The Angiosarcoma Project

Description
Dataset Summary Description:
"The Angiosarcoma Project is an ongoing patient-driven initiative. This archived Angiosarcoma Project dataset was analyzed in the linked Nature Medicine 2020 manuscript, and is derived from 48 samples from 36 angiosarcoma patients. Angiosarcoma tumor specimens (FFPE) were subjected to whole-exome sequencing (along with matched germline whole-exome sequencing). In addition to genomic data, this study includes patient-reported data (pre-pended as PRD), medical record data (MedR), and pathology report data (PATH). All annotations have been de-identified. Questions about these data can be directed to data@ascproject.org"

This dataset contains the summary data visualizations and clinical data of 48 samples from 36 angiosarcoma patients. Clinical data includes: MedR Age at Diagnosis, Number of Samples Per Patient, MedR Biological Sex, Mutation Count, MedR Primary Tumor Site, PATH Procedure Location, PRD[(Patient Recorded Data)] Surgical Resection, PRD Surgical Margins, PRD In Treatment At Time of Enrollment, PRD Other Cancer Type, PRD Radiation for Other Cancers, PRD Diagnosis Location, PRD Other Site Locations, Fraction Genome Altered, PRD Location of Disease at Time of Enrollment, PATH Vasoformative, PATH Epithelioid, PATH Spindle Cell. The plaintext components of the dataset can be downloaded as a tar file. The clinical data can be downloaded as a tsv file. The dataset includes copy-number segment data downloadable as .seg files and viewable via the Integrative Genomics Viewer.

This cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics dataset is publicly available for viewing in tables or, for copy-number segments, via integrated IGV application. The data is also available for download in its entirety as a tarball or as individual TSV (tab separated value) or SEG files. Some features are only available by logging in with a Google or Microsoft account. These features include storing your virtual studies and groups which allows you to access your studies and groups from any computer, and to allow cBioPortal to remember your study view charts preferences for each study (i.e. order of the charts, type of charts and visibility). Login is optional and not required to access any of the other features of cBioPortal.
